UpSkilz was created because of our founder noticing the Lehigh Valley area booming with business growth but lacking advanced productivity skills to enable the local businesses to preserve or grow profit margins. Old business operations practices were being applied to service new and innovative business models. This conflict is not sustainable and could result in loss of business to competitors who understand what it takes to be innovative and upskill their employees to meet the challenge.
Our Mission

Our classes are taught by local experts who understand the challenges faced by businesses in the Lehigh Valley area. Those challenges are brought to life and used as case studies for the learners to solve. The learnings can be used immediately by organizations to reduce expenses or increase revenue.
Virtual and In Person Classes and Coaching
Classes are taught in the traditional classroom setting as well as online. Innovate online tools are used to ensure that learners achieved the same outcomes that are produced in person. Coaching will be designed around the business need. It can be done in person or virtually to accommodate a team or individuals.
The training methodologies and techniques are used by Fortune 500 companies with large training and consulting budgets. They have been simplified to be used by small to midsize companies. These companies can receive the same transformational benefits with a smaller budget.
